416-SO-CLEAN uses Hot Water Extraction (steam cleaning) to remove the toughest soils and stains, a “deep cleaning” process that restores the carpet to its true colour.

This form of deep cleaning employs a solution of hot water and detergent that is applied to the carpet fiber at high pressure and then immediately extracted along with the suspended soil particles, leaving only 10% of the moisture to dry naturally. Plus we use air mover fans to dry your carpet in four hours or less.

Hot Water Extraction removes more soil particles than other carpet cleaning methods and is favored by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).
